Security Patrol 24/7 – Edgemont is part of the larger Boulevard Oaks Civic Association (BOCA) which encompasses more than 1200 area residences. BOCA provides 24/7 private Security Patrol services staffed by off duty HPD who are qualified to respond to most emergencies except fire and major medical. Many neighbors contact the Patrol as their first responder.
