Edgemont and West Edgemont Assoc. membership dues
Each September we mail invoices for the upcoming Fiscal Year (October 1 through September 30). There are various levels of dues which are dependent on location and other factors. Please contact our resident volunteer Treasurer for more info.; (see Contacts below)
The dues pay for:
- Care of care of the esplanade trees, lawns, and sprinkler systems
- Private curb-sided or alley trash and recycle collection
- Base fees for BOCA membership and the Security Patrol. Please consider making an additional contribution to these valuable services (Please see Contacts Page.)
- Various administrative expenses of the Association
